Develop, upgrade, revise, and perform technical reviews of Instrumentation and Controls NSSS and BOP procedures to meet site and industry standards. Perform in depth review of Technical Specifications to determine LCO applicability, safety review and instrumentation classification. Qualified to prepare and review 50.59 safety evaluations for all plant systems. Developed procedures for Hope Creek's Digital Feed Water Control System (Foxboro IA). Developed industry first AircET operating procedure for air operated valves. Perform I&C scaling calculations.  Maintain M&TE procedures. Perform minor upgrades for Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance procedures. Maintained Hope Creek Reactor Vessel Assembly and Disassembly Procedures. Help develop and maintain Hope Creek Independent Spent Fuel Storage System (ISFSI) and Holtec HI-STORM 100 Dry Cask Storage System (DCSS).
